Local10b is fortunate to have one of the best duty to accommodate programs in the Province (Modified /transitional Work Programs). This program can be found in our JLA under local agreements. We do how ever run into issues every now and then and we presently have a grievance in regarding Rates of Pay .
Up to this point, whenever a production worker goes on to Modified work, the worker receives the hourly job rate of pay for where their seniority would place them. (more…)
